The award represents acknowledgment of the outstandingcustomer service standards consistently maintained by Lloyd Blackpool BMWthroughout 2015 based on customer feedback and a 5-star rating system.Competing against over 140 approved BMW retailers across the UK, the awardaffirms Lloyd Group’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
