More than matched my expectations
The staff are extremely helpful, keep you updated and explain what is happening. They have an excellent knowledge of the car and are very professional. The waiting area for customers is also very nice and the hospitality much appreciated.

Constant good service
Customer focused, but had to wait 15 mins to be seen after arranging a slot.
Only disappointment was to discover a large greasy/oily smear on the interior brushed aluminium trim on the drivers door. Such a shame Vicky's great Customer Service was overshadowed by poor attention to detail by service department

We were lead to believe our car would be MOT'd and serviced and ready by 12,30. We came to collect at 12.20 but the car had only just gone to workshop. Left and had to return. Tried to get car delivered home (5 miles) but this couldn't be arranged.

booking in was simple. got to speak with your BMW expert over a couple of controls within the car ,very helpful . the courtesy transfer back to my home and return to the garage on completion the courtesy cleaning both inside and outside of the car

Car accepted at service desk at appointment time and completed while I waited for three hours
There was a slight delay leaving the garage as the courtesy car wasn't ready and didn't have fuel, however, this wasn't a significant inconvenience, the sales advisor was very apologetic

Whenever I go to Lloyds at Blackpool I am very satisfied with the service received - they are always most helpful.
In this visit only had 4 tyres fitted, might have been an extra touch if they had made the tyres look like new.

Detail requirements are carried out diligently and professionalism. All staff treat you very politely.
The service was great, there seemed to be a male / female divide, males in sales females in service, need to see more females in sales roles. As a lady I'd prefer to buy from a lady.

I had a puncture whilst out without money or phone. Lloyds took me home, collected me the following day and sorted the problem without fuss. Service second to none.

As above plus apparently the staff were under pressure due to a closure on the M6 on this day. I empathise with the lack of staff, they are in a Customer Service role and should speak to customers accordingly.
The problem was sorted out promptly and efficiently with the minimum of disruption to my normal schedule

My 5 series required an EGC unit to be replaced immediately. I called the dealership, and requested they check the parts availability. They call back to confirm, then booked the car in. Car was collected, EGC fitted and returned quickly.

The loan car was ready for me and quickly accepted back when I came to collect my serviced car. The bill was just as expected. The condition/wear of the various items - tyres, bakes, etc - was recorded in a written report for me. A free valet service

Kept in touch and updated on progress
Staff were, as always, friendly and well informed and willing to go several extra miles to make sure my wife and I were happy. No trouble ever seems too much; I can't sing the praises of Danny Greaves enough.
Perfectly clean car, and equally important, Paul Woodman, Rossi Polak and Emma-Louise Connor, came in on a Sunday and spent as much time as was needed to talk me through all the aspects of the new car and its technology.
