Following advanced camera 2.0 fitted not convinced it's that mobile friendly still struggling with that side of it main reason went for this product.
Were able to fit me in within a couple of days whilst my nearest Lloyds garage was nearly 4 weeks for an MOT and the service I needed carrying out.
Good service and clean. Looked after well in the showroom.

The customer service extended by all staff at Lloyd Blackpool is second to none and nothing is too much trouble for them. The Service Advisors are very helpful and professional and my dealings on this occasion with Sam Peak were first class!
The only complaint is how long I have to sit while a nice man or lady has to tap on a keyboard! They seem to have endless stuff to do on the computer even for a simple software update on my M140i.
I've used Lloyds BMW for the past 6-7 years and the professional and quality of service is fantastic. The premises are also first class. Special mention to Vicky Slater, Vicky is a credit to all that is good about BMW and Lloyds in particular.
Slight delay when booking the car in otherwise very good. Service reception (James I think) went out of his way to find the answers a couple of my questions.

I scored 5 here because overall my relationship with the dealer is good. I think the service pricing doesn't change between dealers too much, and therefore isn't a reflection on the dealer.
A customer can not expect any more from a garage than is offered by Lloyds!
The not full mark was because I had to keep explaining the problem to different people, making me feel I was somehow demanding and unreasonable
Efficient and friendly
All work was completed to schedule and I was kept in touch. All work was approved and cost agreed before it was done so I had no nasty surprises when I collected the car.

In addition to the service the car was booked in for a replacement tyre and 3 wheel alignment. The alignment couldn't be achieved due to faulty equipment. Had I known that I would have had the tyre replaced elsewhere and save a significant sum.
Poor and unprofessional
My car has returned three times now for the same, as yet unresolved, rattle in a door and malfunctioning Spotify. The car will have to return again for both items.
All the staff at Lloyd's were very helpful and polite Also had additional Extras including body styling kit and Eye camera 2 fitted again both mechanic and the bodyshop fitter were very Helpful which is very pleasing as they are back of house staff??

Poor salesman, all blather and failed to respond promptly to questions and when he did it was mainly one syllable response, yes, no, etc. Eventually I had to go to the sales manager who is excellent, focused and does what he says he will.

Professional service. Would have liked to have an estimate of tye cost upfront, and the car cleaning was ok but not it's usual standard.
I don't have a great deal of free time in the day and really appreciate that my appointments are begun on time and done in the agreed time, often earlier.
Car collected and returned washed and valeted
The last time I visited Lloyd's whoever cleaned my car sprayed something all over the seats, dash and steering wheel. It was uneven and looked a mess so I rang to complain and no one got back to me. This time it was great they even came to collect me

Even though you have a service plan, the car is in for a service, you want to charged a full diagnostic cost for what could be a simple fault that needs investigating.
They are a good team worthy of 5-stars. Although I will say that the new triage process takes away some of the personal touch. I understand that some folks will want it as a quick turnaround though.
Excellent in every way.
The oil service was performed efficiently and the vehicle was cleaned thoroughly and vacuumed out. Free coffee and biscuits were provided whilst I waited.
I was not notified about the service warning on my car to change the brake fluid. If I had been then I would have requested it to be done at the time. Also I booked the MOT online at 10 AM and received a call a few days later stating it would be 12.
When I dropped the car off I was told it would be cleaned and hoovered. When I collected it they hadnt hoovered it
