My query was responded to swiftly. A courtesy car was available. Staff were helpful and courteous throughout. Vehicle was returned washed and vacuumed. A wipe over the screen and dials to remove dust would have been a nice extra.

Since buying my car from Lloyd Blackpool I have used only Lloyd Blackpool for MOT and any servicing/repairs and they have really made me feel that such loyalty is appreciated. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating.

3rd time it had been in for a service. On the 2nd time it went in I'd had the same issue. Washed and waxed it over the weekend, went in on the Monday morning and came out again dirtier than when it went in. I was assured this won't happen again.

I requested an oil and filter change prior to the MOT and the service agent could not give me a direct answer stating that it might not be possible and would have to check. I could go round to any garage on the high street and get this work done.

Price matched tyres required. Staff did what they said they would. Kept me informed and answered some other questions I raised regarding car. Good customer service
My 3 year service found a problem that was immediately rectified by BMW at no cost and I left with the first MOT completely satisfied. Sam kept me informed throughout and supplied me with a preferred manual loan car, knowing my requirements.
My car was recovered from the roadside one week after I had purchased it as an AUC from another dealer. Lloyd took over the whole process of working with the supplying dealer to agree that the repair could be done by them as they were 200 miles away.
No problems, very helpful.

I booked the car into my local dealer in Southport (3 miles away). BMW then cancelled and switched to Blackpool (37 miles away). Seems strange plus the tank wasn't refilled to take into account the additional petrol used for the return trip
Perfect service by Vickie Slater. I was kept informed at all stages of the progress of the work, and she also took into account my travelling needs when sorting out a courtesy car.
Lack of accurate fault diagnosis. Unresolved issues incorrectly reported as fixed. Lack of transparency regarding costs, Poor communication. My concerns not listened to or understood initially. Outstanding faults still not fully diagnosed or resolved

Explained to service team after car had its first service, issues now experienced with infotainment system, BMW service team acknowledged this, informed me that BMW master technician was aware of this from previous issues but currently no fix availab

Normally a video is sent to me whilst my car is on the ramp. I received nothing this time. Nor did I receive an after sales telephone call to enquire how my experience had gone.
Following advanced camera 2.0 fitted not convinced it's that mobile friendly still struggling with that side of it main reason went for this product.
Were able to fit me in within a couple of days whilst my nearest Lloyds garage was nearly 4 weeks for an MOT and the service I needed carrying out.

The customer service extended by all staff at Lloyd Blackpool is second to none and nothing is too much trouble for them. The Service Advisors are very helpful and professional and my dealings on this occasion with Sam Peak were first class!
The only complaint is how long I have to sit while a nice man or lady has to tap on a keyboard! They seem to have endless stuff to do on the computer even for a simple software update on my M140i.
I've used Lloyds BMW for the past 6-7 years and the professional and quality of service is fantastic. The premises are also first class. Special mention to Vicky Slater, Vicky is a credit to all that is good about BMW and Lloyds in particular.
