All wemt well fixed problem
Emma Cantle was really helpfull in updating my maps and sorting out a service plan whilst my car was being MOT'd.

Always polite and helpful.I had a courtesy car but it is very inconvenient and time-wasting to have to drive to the other side of Blackpool and back - and then do the same to return the car. Over an hour there and back because of the traffic problems

Courteous and professional service as usual. Arranged for the rear tail light clusters to be replaced due to excessive condensation. This is the second set of replacements which is disappointing, however, satisfied with the warranty replacement work.

My query was responded to swiftly. A courtesy car was available. Staff were helpful and courteous throughout. Vehicle was returned washed and vacuumed. A wipe over the screen and dials to remove dust would have been a nice extra.
