Satisfied with all aspects of the purchase just one minor issue where the front number plate had not been attached correctly which caused a small delay in collecting the vehicle. No need to mark down because of this simple mistake.

Service check-in was great. Only issue was the reoccurring poor car wash. Although complimentary it should be to usual high BMW service expectations. When I pointed out the black trim looked to have a chemical reaction it was corrected.

I would have given 5 stars but as part of my service a recall notification was also noticed and worked on. It's been almost 2 weeks and the recall notification on my car hasn't gone which is quite annoying! I've called twice and been advised to wait

I took my car into Blackpool BMW after i started to see some slight smoke having travelled down from Cheltenham to see my family. They were extremely helpful, getting my car in for a free health check that minute.

Despite very short notice the service team was able to fit me in, get my suspension sorted and got me a loan car to get me to London so I could look after my mum who is having chemo treatment. They did this with care, humanity and understanding.

My Apple car play was not easily activated and I had to contact direct drive and even that was not straight forward. Anyway managed to get it all working the next day. To be honest I think you did everything necessary so no issue.

Car was booked in quickly and looked at while I waited. When it became apparent that further investigation was required it was rebooked at my convenience with a courtesy car for a couple of days. I was given same model as mine which was a bonus.
