From start to finish a great service

Pleasant showroom, great people - friendly and efficient, made to feel extremely welcomed. Was clean and tidy, good selection of vehicles in the showroom. The product expert in Blackpool was fantastic - great product knowledge and personable.

It would have been 5 stars but when I got the car back & after driving off I noticed the dash cam was left with the power lead pulled out, I know this is done during service but this should have been put back so I had to pull over to reconnect :(

I was on holiday when a problem with the battery occurred, i drove to Lloyd and saw salesperson Ryan. He was extremely helpful and arranged to replace the battery straight away. As a result the holiday was not affected.
