since Mini has moved across to the BMW side and showroom parking is non existent. I was booked in for a service appointment on Saturday it took me 10 minutes and at least 3/4 times driving around the car park before finding a place.

I informed Lee when I arrived that the handbrake wasn't working correctly and sometimes felt like there was no tension when pulling it up. He said it was a self adjusting handbrake. I collected my car and the handbrake still didnt work...

First time experiencing a BMW and servicing after a Jan purchase The initial service and collection was fine. I was disappointed to find that my steering wheel had been scratched upon collection - I however did not go back in and mention this.

Near-side rear tyre be replaced, insisting that it should be a Pirelli run-flat make, after waiting 2hrs, I was informed that they hadn't got one. I had to leave Blackpool and come home to Leyland. I returned by 2.30pm, the correct tyre was fitted

I am very upset that the charge to open my stiff car bonnet was more than the cost of my MOT. The claim was that it had been adjusted but when I looked it clearly has had very little (if anything) done, there isnt even a drop of grease on the catch.
