All brill except for the car clean at the end. I'd mentioned there was some bird poo on the roof when I they asked if I wanted the car to be cleaned but the mess was still there when I collected the car. Roof had not been cleaned.

Mistakes can be made but not 21000 on an invoice . And the valve cap was screwed on tight after stripping the thread on the cake & the cap. Very upsetting

Perrys arranged for me to take it back to BMW where Darius got some settings changed that showed low charge and advised I should only use chargers 60KW or lower. He set up my account on the car- to find nearest chargers. I've only added 20miles since

Everything costs money. Cars need servicing and yes £380 is an expensive oil service but that it what we signed up for and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Lloyds Blackpool will always be my first port of call for servicing or a new car.

I boroughs this car from Lloyds BMW select thinking it would be trouble free car unfthis has not been the case the service in the service centre has bee excellent unfortunately the so call insurance that came with the car dose not cover the brake

As discussed with the after call agent, Claire The vehicle went in with tyre pressure warning on, it came out the same. Also one tyre, had a defect, a spilt in the side wall, it wasn't picked up on the report. Makes me think, was it serviced properly
