Collected the car from Colne - did the deal with Blackpool. Car was located outside not like Blackpool where it is kept indoors, didn't feel as special to collect from there.

A simple, straightforward experience ordering the car with a sales person who we have good history with. Collection was equally straightforward with a minimum of form filling and a relaxed handover with the new dashboard explained to us.

There was a 4 month delivery and although the eta was out of there control I was kept up to date at all stages.

The car salesman Paul Smith at BMW Blackpool was really friendly, helpful, kept me updated before, during and after collection. He was happy to answer all my 1000 questions and made it a really positive experience and he found me the perfect car!

Very good. Very efficient and friendly. Was promised a full tank which didn't happen which is why it is 4 stars. Dealer has agreed to rectify the situation but it shouldn't have been forgotten.

Easy to arrange service and repairs. Dropped 1 star due to having to take in twice within 2 months from purchase date due to repeat front right indicator failure. Also vehicle immobilised in first week of purchase due to failed battery in key fob.

Bearing in mind the inconvenience of being without my vehicle because of a safety recall no apology was offered. Car wasn't washed upon return. Which I have never experienced from a BMW dealership. Both seat positions were all over the place.

I used the auto key drop for a while-you-wait appointment, your system didnt tell you, although it sent me a text to say it had, So i waited 2 hours with no action, until i got a telephone call. The staff member who resolved this matter was excellent

Unfortunately this time the service wasn't up to the usual high standard as a label was left on one of the new tyres which resulted in the TCS engaging constantly on bends and roundabouts until I found out what was causing it.

Cursory wash and vacuum - other than that everything was as expected. Particularly like to call out the young lady on reception - a credit to dealership- very friendly and very attentive to customer needs - made sure she looked after everyone.

My car had a wash and vac, the outside of the car looked no different after it was washed. The rubber mats after they were cleaned were very slippery for two days. Also I wasn't sent a video of the service which I have had previously.

Very good customer service with a good service of my car. However, extremely disappointed that I was offered a full Valet of my car as part of the service and all that happened was my car was porley washed and the foot well mats hoovered nothing else

- Now being charged £20 for a loan car when I had no choice because my car was in for a recall. Little disspointing - Being asked to pay for 2 litres of fuel to replenish the loan car when I only did 8miles
