Our Complaints Procedure

OUR COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE.

Our goal is to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with any product or service they receive from us, but we do understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you have a concern or are dissatisfied in any way, we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation in a fair and transparent way. Any concerns raised will be fully investigated and promptly responded to.

There are two ways you can raise your concerns:

IN-CENTRE.

If you have a concern with either your vehicle or the service that you have received, please raise this with our Customer Relationship Manager - Daniella James or our Head of Business - Mark Powell.

ONLINE

Should you wish to submit your concern online, please send your email in confidence to our Customer Relations Manager Daniella.James@lloydgroup.co.uk.
