I simply needed a replacement tyre. The tyre was fitted and I was back on the road.
excellent customer service, very attentive.
I would have given 5 stars but having came in for a tyre and wheel alignment at the time a vehicle inspection was done in December. And on the 1st of jan the warning light for the car needing a vehicle inspection has come on

The reason I have said this is for the first time I have had to re-book the vehicle after service and warranty check. The vehicle was juddering at idle speed, flat spots when driving, random gear selection. Never had this previously and needs sorting

I bought 4 new winter tyres and was assured they were appropriate for my M140. However it subsequently emerged that I also needed 4 new tyre pressure warning valves at an additional unexpected cost of around £400

No attempt to ' sell ' the service with an explanation of what was being done, either before or after. When you are spending over £600 it would be nice to understand what BMW are providing. Even the valet was average, rear seat well not touched.
My car is running a lot more smoothly thank you. However, the entertainment center had been cleared so I had to reset all the radio stations and I vacant link my phone back into the car. My son has tried too without success. This is most inconvenient
As above - were able to look at car and fix problem within 24 hours of me contacting Lloyds
My only quibble is you seem unable to sort out a small problem with my radio
No issues - very professional.
The car always comes back in great condition and the problem always fixed.
Inconsistent and high service costs.
No problems found with the car. All went well. My husband and I attended the garage both for delivery and pick-up of the car and had to wait to be seen by a representative. We were not offered any refreshments whilst waiting.

Every time I get my car back from a service the engine always sounds different - take it in smooth and comes out with more of a ticking noise in there. Had this with previous cars too not related to a blackpool dealership.

car in for winter service which I read included oil, coolant top up and pack with de icer and washer fluid. I was told the car needed oil and they used my oil I carry in the boot! there was no washer fluid and following day coolant warning came on

I opted for a service while I waited. I retrospect this took longer than expected and ideally should have been offered/ advised on the option of a courtesy vehicle and collect later in the day- this was not offered at the time of booking the service.
