I take the car in, servicing is done, I collect and pay nothing what's not to like! (everything is organised through a service plan so no nasty big bills) I have a 10 year old BMW but am treated the same as some one with the latest.

I was offered drinks while I waited for my car and when the mechanic advised that they needed to keep my car longer than anticipated, it was explained to me the reasons why and I was given a courtesy car straight away for as long as was needed.
There was no reason not to say 5. I received a phone call the car was booked it. I needed a car as my car had a re call whilst doing the service. This was sorted and I got my car back at the end of the day. All round great service.
Robert tried hard to ensure the price offered was to my satisfaction and rang me back promptly as promised and Louise booked my car in smoothly, keeping me updated on progress.
