combined with BMW approval process it took nearly 3 weeks to fix the vehicle, which was ultimately the part that I suspected and identified myself before booking it in. Sub standard courtesy car.

The service was impeccable like normal and the additional safety measures made me feel safe during the limited time I was there. The special Desk to drop your keys off saves contact and limits time in the show room also.

We called in after an engine light came on the dashboard just to see if someone could take a look. We were seen straight away and were told our car needed a new sensor. It was dealt with expertly and efficiently by Rob from the service department
