Form the moment you step into the dealership you are welcomed and looked after. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help, and as I said, the service from Dan was outstanding.

During the service the technician disconnected my dash cam without informing me. It was two days before I noticed it had been disconnected therefore I would have had no video evidence had I been involved in an incident. This is not acceptable.
Everything was perfect, No issues. Looked after from start to finish by all the lovely staff.
Warranty work on my 6 series was carried out brilliantly. No issues whatsoever.
Personal service delivered in a professional and welcoming manner
It took over an hour for the technician to advise BMW had already replaced the part at a previous service back in March 2018. I'd been informed at booking it would only take 20 minutes to check whether the part needed replacing.
I have dealt with Lloyds, Blackpool, for about 10 years, generally through a particular customer services officer (Vicky).Given the exemplary service provided by this young lady, I can say that I am satisfied with BMW service.
More so this time as our car wouldn't start on our return from holiday. The bmw assist came out quickly and the garage lent us a car the day before the car was book in.
From booking in to picking up at the end I was kept informed and told what was being done

The manner in which some of your service receptionists talk to customers is some what condescending. They need to adapt there delivery based on the knowledge of the customer. It was disappointing to discover Connor had left. He was excellent.

Customer focused, but had to wait 15 mins to be seen after arranging a slot.
Only disappointment was to discover a large greasy/oily smear on the interior brushed aluminium trim on the drivers door. Such a shame Vicky's great Customer Service was overshadowed by poor attention to detail by service department

We were lead to believe our car would be MOT'd and serviced and ready by 12,30. We came to collect at 12.20 but the car had only just gone to workshop. Left and had to return. Tried to get car delivered home (5 miles) but this couldn't be arranged.

Gary made sure I was able to get one of the last build slots of the m140 f20/21 available where others (knights & synter) has failed. Hope he enjoys that bottle of jack.
