My vehicle was serviced and valeted and a courtesy car was provided.
I booked the car in for a '90 minute' service and had to wait over two hours for the car in the end. I was late back to work as a result.
I am treated as a person, not simply a customer.
I had an issue at point of sale and then had an issue with my brakes after 4000 miles. I was charged £120 to have the breaks cleaned and then had £60 refunded after a chat with Gavin
The personal service offered by BMW at Lloyds in Blackpool is excellent . I was made to feel welcome and was informed during the day as to the progress with the service of my car.
Professional and friendly staff throughout as always, attention to detail is always first class.
See above + all the staff I have encountered (reception and service advisors) have been extremely polite, very friendly and very helpful (I have never met him, but the valeter also provides an excellent and welcome service!).
The service was fine, despite not being the price originally quoted.The wash and vac was extremely poor quality leaving my car dirty and there were clear areas that had been missed. It seemed very rushed.
I had a small problem and it was rectified without quibble. Nice customer care.
Lloyds BMW cannot do enough for me, i wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive become great friends with virtually the whole team, and i call in at least twice a week, and even socialize with members of the staff.

All staff from reception, through to sales, parts and service at Lloyd Blackpool have always been polite, pleasant and very obliging. This is in marked contrast to a more local BMW dealer where you are made to feel a bit of an inconvenience.

The service manager Sam peak made me feel really relaxed. Lots of staff asked me if I wanted a drink as I didnt have one.
I like the fact you can predict future problems during your diagnostic checking, based on wear and tear and basically predict how long your current parts will last.

Car was booked in within a week for new rear tyres, plus managed to squeeze in fitting of safety cameras on the day. The car was reasdy fully washed, valeted and a safety check performed. Fantastic service as always from Lloyd Blackpool.

I was told everything I needed to know about costs, timings and possible problems with my car from the very beginning and none of this changed throughout the entire process.
Very good phone communication. All was explained on arrival.They could have offered a pre-paid taxi to get me to the dealership as this was an emergency pick-up. Then 5 stars!

I arrived for a timed appointment and was a little early but was dealt with promptly and all issues were completed on a timely basis . The car valet was also of a high quality
Would be 5.0 but as my wife has a car bought through Lloyds - they contacted her instead of me. This made for less than smooth communication and interrupted a couple of meetings for her when you should of been talking to me.
The problem (small puncture in rear tyre) was rectified speedily. I was informed of the problem and how long it would take. The car was also washed and valeted.
My car was repaired without question the process was easy and the staff efficient and friendly

I expected first class treatment, and that's what I got.
Good service, cleaned , spotted screw in tyre and repaired at a reasonable cost (after negotiating!)

I am very satisfied with the "service" it went in for, the advisor was very helpful and accommodating. However, I reported an issue I have, sadly they disagree. This adds to the frustration and disappointment of the car.
I called at Lloyds Blackpool immediately I identified the damage to my car, caused by someone who was unseen and had driven off. The staff were efficient and immediately assessed the damage, produced the quote and sent me on my way in 20 mins.

Been to this garage over a number of years and always feel comfortable.
Car had developed a slight noise which only presented at very high speed so was very difficult to replicate. The team undertook investigations and dealt with my concerns in a polite and professional manner and fully rectified the problem.
Thought the process of taking courtesy car was a bit impersonal.

I felt the team worked well together. The new kitchen bar area at Blackpool is very nice. Robert rang me personally about the aircon refresh smelling of spearmint. That was a nice touch to put me at ease.

I think first time fix could very well have been used on my latest visit (head unit replacement) to save me returning a week later to have it fitted. Other than that, the staff are very polite.
Everyone involved were amazing and we could not have wished for better, it was only after we found and presented the stereo problem that things went bad.

Everything was great, only niggle was that in the sunlight the paint had swirls in it. The centre rectified it by re-polishing the car.
