It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. The service manager Sam peak made me feel really relaxed. Lots of staff asked me if I wanted a drink as I didn’t have one.

Everything was great, only niggle was that in the sunlight the paint had swirls in it. The centre rectified it by re-polishing the car.
