Booked in for a tyre change at 2pm but didn't get the car back till after 4pm. Did get a bit of an apology/excuse but it doesn't take 2 hours to change two tyres. If they were that busy we should have been booked in at a later date.

The whole procedure went like clockwork
The only thing was the courtesy car that I was provided with could of been cleaner inside, the outside was clean but it wasn't to the high standard I would of expected inside the vechile.

Car went in due to a fault warning, which was diagnosed & a part was replaced. Service receptionist explained what/why changed. Dealer gave the car a mini-valet as well as visual health check. Excellent. I'm still suspicious car might have issues

As aforementioned my salesman (Dafydd Goldsmith) used absolutely no pressure sales tactics, as seen in other dealerships, and was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and the finance offers available. As was Emma, who conducted my test drive.

In January I had 2 new front tires as they were wearing unevenly.The health check at this service showed the same trend and this was not picked up by the garage. Since pointing this out I've been offered a free of charge alignment check.

The car was scratched during a wash done by Lloyd Blackpool. This was rectified but ultimately shouldn't have happened.

BMW Emergency Assist and BMW insurance worked seamlessly with Lloyd Blackpool to ensure my car was recovered to their body shop quickly and a courtesy car provided. Throughout Lloyd B'pool kept me informed of progress and returned an immaculate car.

All our questions were answered, we had several test drives of different models (rearranging the showroom wasn't a problem) and we got a good deal.
