Our centre star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. Booked in for a tyre change at 2pm but didn't get the car back till after 4pm. Did get a bit of an apology/excuse but it doesn't take 2 hours to change two tyres. If they were that busy we should have been booked in at a later date.

In January I had 2 new front tires as they were wearing unevenly.The health check at this service showed the same trend and this was not picked up by the garage. Since pointing this out I've been offered a free of charge alignment check.
