They are a good team worthy of 5-stars. Although I will say that the new triage process takes away some of the personal touch. I understand that some folks will want it as a quick turnaround though.
Excellent in every way.
The oil service was performed efficiently and the vehicle was cleaned thoroughly and vacuumed out. Free coffee and biscuits were provided whilst I waited.
I was not notified about the service warning on my car to change the brake fluid. If I had been then I would have requested it to be done at the time. Also I booked the MOT online at 10 AM and received a call a few days later stating it would be 12.
When I dropped the car off I was told it would be cleaned and hoovered. When I collected it they hadnt hoovered it

They gave me a time that suited me, they told me how long it would take, they gave it a valet and it was ready in the time they said it would. I had a nice coffee and biscuit and a read of the paper whilst waiting. Everyone was very polite.

I managed to get a damaged tyre on my way to work, called into Lloyds on the way and my issue was dealt with there and then. I didnt have an appointment but the service team worked wonders to get me back on the road within a few hours. Excellent.

Lloyd BMW and Callum provided excellent customer service and care. There was a minor issue with a replacement grill and both were replaced whilst I waited. My car was returned immaculate.
