I have another dealer literally 100yards from work but Lloyds (55 miles away) provide a much better service and is worth the mileage.
I had a slow puncture and if I wasnt very knowledgable about cars, they would have replaced the tire without offereing any alternative solution. They also suggested that the car needed the tracking check, but the equipment was not working.
Professional, efficient, helpful and friendly service every time.If you need to wait, there is coffee, reading material and comfy seats available.

On a Saturday a fault developed with my 420D EGR valve at the start off a 60 mile journey, I called at Lloyd Blackpool for advice and to book the car in as we were passing. Not only did they arrange a courtesy car but replaced the EGR the same day

On short service visits or Valet I usually wait in extremely comfortable surroundings with everything at hand, drinks, papers and magazines, TV and WiFi. The thought even goes as far as presenting me with a manual loan car on the last visit. Superb.

I received excellent service from Lloyd, the booking in process was easy. I left my car with the service agent Sam Peak who explained everything. Throughout the day I received a health check video and phone call. The car was ready as requested .
Cannot fault your personal, but the time lapse between finding the faults and having them rectified was too long.
Car went in for valve repair after breakdown. However I learnt that the fault was a national recall but not actioned by garage

Again thoroughly efficient. However my boot lid does not lift automatically although I was told it did so in the workshop. However that is not a problem to me as after I have opened it lifts OK with a little push.

Satisfied with the work. Just disappointed that my BMW dash cam had had all its wires pulled out. Clearly something to hide so was done to stop it recording. No issues with this but why wasnt it plugged back in at the end or advised to me??

All work carried out and on time. Vehicle returned clean as promised. Only problem was that all settings for idrive and vehicle had to to be reintroduced as a result of certain software having to be reprogrammed during the service.

Excellent customer service which included picking up and dropping my vehicle back at my place of work at no inconvenience to me. Very speedy service too.
Very happy with my service. My only negative point was I was told it would take an hour and half to complete, it took two hours to undertake in total including running through the outcome.

The information given to me when I booked my MOT and service,that it would be a 90 minute procedure was spot on and during my wait,tea coffee and newspapers were to hand, not to mention a tempting browse through the showroom made time fly.
It took some negotiation to get my 7 series serviced at a time to fit in with my family care responsibilities. There are occasions when frontline staff need to think outside the official processes. Everyone has a Manager to consult with
clear information, efficient service polite and accommodating.

Tim Barnes the sales exec was extremely helpful and informative throughout the whole buying process. He was almost as excited as myself in seeing the new BMW M2 Competition for the first time.
The service we received from Walter at BMW Blackpool, was brilliant, everything explained at each stage, and he was right, once you drive a BMW they kind of sell themselves, it is the nicest car I have ever drove.
Everyone was helpful, even down to charging my mobile that had run out of battery. It was all about the customer experience thats partially why we travel from South Wales to Blackpool to collect the new car and do business
