I was asked to pay for an item that I had previously been told would be free, I had to challenge this. Also I was told that a tyre needed replacing, however a trusted second opinion suggested that there were a few legal miles still in the tyre.

Couldn't fault the service at Lloyd for my running in service
Service received from staff was professional.
Car had come to u to be checked following accident repair by nationwide. Wheel that has been fitted and repair work on that corner does does not seem right. Corner is clunky and computer said that tyre is flat. Car has now gone back to nationwide.

This is my second poor experience and I certainly won't be returning to this dealership in future. I was humiliated about alleged damage to a courtesy car confronted by 3 members of staff in a public area. Very intimidating tactics.

Very friendly service as always - pricing very competitive, car came back cleaned inside and out - main point honesty, service indicator indicated rear brakes needed attention, mechanics reported they were ok and reset the computer all at no charge.

Booked in for a tyre change at 2pm but didn't get the car back till after 4pm. Did get a bit of an apology/excuse but it doesn't take 2 hours to change two tyres. If they were that busy we should have been booked in at a later date.

Difficult to criticise. I bought my car whilst I was abroad. Not the easiest thing but all went smoothly.
