The service department is outstanding, I am contacted by them when a service is required, drop my vehicle off at a pre arranged time convenient to me, collect a courtesy car and just wait until I get the call to pick my valeted Car back up. Perfect!

The staff at the service department explained what was going to happen.
No problems with the service but I also asked for them to look at a small dent in the lower tailgate with a view to having a smart repair. Their body shop did look at it but I have yet to receive contact or a quote regarding its repair
The courtesy shown from the initial estimate to receiving return of the vehicle has been 1st class.

I have scored this as F/satisfied because Lloyd BMW have eventually replaced the battery which I knew all along was the problem with the Stop/Start. I have had to return the car on several occasions because of this fault,@my expense, battery free.

On the 11th January 2018 my X3 went to Lloyds Blackpool with an issue. Gavin Seed, the service manager saw to my problems personally and to my mind, went beyond what I had expected in both service and customer relations.
Excellent service and nothing is too much trouble. Nice when you come into the show room and can have a drink and a sit down whilst you wait for your vehicle and it's nice when you get a fully valet on the car as well.

The service itself was excellent as usual however I was astonished to find that after only 3 months and approx. 3500 miles my car needed a full service! Although this was discounted I still believe the car should be serviced prior to purchase.
Whole appointment ran perfectly and service advisor Robert was engaging, courteous and enthusiastic about the BMW brand.
Comfortable that work was carried out competently. Happy with the service advisor. Just wish some of the cosmetic parts required for my car were made available at a cheaper cost.

Nothing to complain about, my car was fixed and the staff were courteous and helpful.
They couldnt identify rattling dashboard fault, but it is still there. One member of staff was slightly unhelpful about me being delayed picking up the car due to very bad traffic.Everyone else (especially Conor) were very helpful and friendly.
I enjoy visiting Lloyd because I know that I can trust the staff with my cars and complete any work required to a very high standard. Customer service is vital to me and my family and the staff at Lloyd BMW are superb!

Its the atmosphere, it makes a big difference when you go in you feel welcome with everyone, also if my car needs anything I dont ring up for an appointment I go myself Id rather talk to Servicing one to one, its better .
