My query was responded to swiftly. A courtesy car was available. Staff were helpful and courteous throughout. Vehicle was returned washed and vacuumed. A wipe over the screen and dials to remove dust would have been a nice extra.
Since buying my car from Lloyd Blackpool I have used only Lloyd Blackpool for MOT and any servicing/repairs and they have really made me feel that such loyalty is appreciated. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating.

3rd time it had been in for a service. On the 2nd time it went in I'd had the same issue. Washed and waxed it over the weekend, went in on the Monday morning and came out again dirtier than when it went in. I was assured this won't happen again.

My 3 year service found a problem that was immediately rectified by BMW at no cost and I left with the first MOT completely satisfied. Sam kept me informed throughout and supplied me with a preferred manual loan car, knowing my requirements.
My car was recovered from the roadside one week after I had purchased it as an AUC from another dealer. Lloyd took over the whole process of working with the supplying dealer to agree that the repair could be done by them as they were 200 miles away.
The service was carried out quickly and the staff were helpful however I am only fairly satisfied because an issue I have reported has not been fixed

I booked the car into my local dealer in Southport (3 miles away). BMW then cancelled and switched to Blackpool (37 miles away). Seems strange plus the tank wasn't refilled to take into account the additional petrol used for the return trip

Perfect service by Vickie Slater. I was kept informed at all stages of the progress of the work, and she also took into account my travelling needs when sorting out a courtesy car.
The sales person Gary, at Lloyd Blackpool was the best car sales person I have ever dealt with, he even spoke to me on the phone on his day off. He went the extra mile.
The car is perfect for me a joy to drive and supplied in only 2 weeks having looked at 7 other makes the best availability date was several weeks longer for a Mini Countryman
